Supported Networks

The main Eco Protocol contracts are located on Ethereum Mainnet. ECO, the currency itself, can also be bridged to other networks in addition to living on Ethereum Mainnet.

This page outlines the networks beyond Mainnet where Eco is currently supported.

Optimism

Introduction

The official implementation of the Ethereum <> Optimism bridge is located in this repository: https://github.com/eco-association/op-eco The bridge uses a custom implementation to allow transfers to and withdrawals from Optimism. A custom implementation was required because ECO is a rebasing token, and the bridge facilitates the propagation of Mainnet rebases to Optimism.

Using the Bridge

ECO can be bridged to Optimism using the Optimism bridge interface at https://app.optimism.io/bridge/. More information, and a way to bridge using the Community Governance dApp, will be added to this section soon.
